2.Product Description
2.1. Properties:
The series of products are made of the basic material polyolefin resin and auxiliaries such as halogen-free flame retardant (Low halogen products are exceptions.) and antioxygen, with the process of mixing, plasticizing and pelleting. The materials are cylindrical particles, with smooth surface (impurity free). The particle size is even, without any pores (observed by microscopes). The halogen, heavy metal, PBBs and PBDEs content can meet the EU environmental protection requirement (RoHS directive), according to the detection of SGS Company. The series of products are of good mechanical, physical, electrical and flame retardant and processing properties

2.2Machining Process
2.2.1.The compound should dry before use.
2.2.2.The compound recommended the halogen-free screw with a compression ratio of 1.25~2.0:1
